Our new 30 day policy makes returning an item you have purchased from us quick and easy. This policy is subject to the restrictions summarised below.
In the first instance please contact us with your intention to return an item. A member of our customer services team will log your return and provide you with an RMA number. Please note that items returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
The returned parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send all items by registered post, retaining proof of purchase and take reasonable care of the product, its packaging, any accessories and instruction manuals.
All items must be returned to us as new and in their original packaging. Items must be received in a re-saleable condition.
The only cost to you will be the insured postage costs that you will incur in returning the product to us.
Items that fail due to a manufacturing fault within 14 days from the day of delivery will be exchanged for a brand new item of the same make and model. Items must be returned to us in their original packaging complete with all accessories and manuals.
Any items that are found to be faulty after 14 days from the day of delivery will be repaired in accordance with the manufacturers warranty.
Faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging. Any postage costs will be reimbursed back to you on receipt of the faulty goods.
Refunds will be credited to you by the original method of payment. We will refund the value of all returned items.
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all items reach us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items received after this time will only be eligible for an exchange or credit note.
Please note that refunds can not be given on Gift Vouchers. This does not affect your legal rights.

Please mark your return with your returns number (e.g. RMA1549) complete with your name and address stating any fault or problem with your item and send to the address given during the phone call.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange:
We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note against any 'Special order' product, any item that has been made to measure or that has been customised to meet a customers specific requirements.
Items returned to us that do not meet our stated returns criteria will not be processed and you will be asked to arrange collection from us.

If the box or packaging looks damaged or you are unsure of the condition of the item please sign for your item as damaged or unchecked
