Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00 pm on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) will be processed that day and will be delivered the next working day, provided no additional security checks are required and all items are in stock. 

If your order is likely to take any longer, one of our customer services representatives will contact you to let you know. For multiple orders your order will be dispatched when all items of a multiple order have become available unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery
Digital Music User deliver to Mainland UK, (excluding Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland), using our free or standard delivery charge services. For other countries and locations please Contact Us
We reserve the right to change our delivery charges as and when necessary. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Delivery Addresses
Due to our new state of the art fraud screening system, orders placed online at Digital Music User can be dispatched to the cardholders registered billing address or dispatched to an alternative delivery addresses if required.

Receiving your items
All products and Equipment sent buy us must be checked for condition within 48 Hours
Any damaged items must must be reported within 48 Hours of delivery on: 0843 289 6311
If the box or packaging looks damaged or you are unsure of the condition of the item please
sign for your item as damaged or unchecked.
Delivery charges
All products on the Sonos Digital Music User website have FREE UK Delivery.

Although we work closely with our chosen couriers to ensure that we provide the best possible service and convenient delivery times, we regret that delays may sometimes occur which are out of our control of which we cant be held responsible, or countable.
